Welcome to FamilyNaz! We are glad you found us. Here at Family Community Church of the Nazarene we LOVE kids and we offer many great opportunities for your kids to learn and grow here! Our desire is to partner with parents to train up children who love and follow Jesus with all their hearts.
What to Expect when you visit? For your first visit, you’ll start by visiting our
Kid Check in area designed for First-Time Families. We will meet your family, answer any questions you may have, register your child in our secure database and walk your family to your child’s age-appropriate room. We offer a safe environment with volunteers that have all been background checked.
On Sunday mornings (during both of our morning services) we offer age appropriate ministries including nursery, preschool, and a high energized children’s church hour, while you’re loving church, your kids will be loving church too! On Sunday evenings Kid’s Bible Quizzing is held, and on Wednesday’s your children will experience hands on mission work as we serve our community through “Missions on the Move”. Throughout the year we offer many opportunities for your children to grow and learn through various activities. We believe fellowship is important for children to build lifelong friendships within their church family. Events also give children the opportunity to introduce their friends to their faith, and honestly their just down right fun! Here are some that are on our current church calendar
Spring Children’s Musical Summer Camp Vacation Bible School
Fall Cheer & Football/Upwards Sports Treat Street Winter Indoor Campout
Baptism’s, Baby Day, Graduation Sunday, and Dedications
Whether you’re considering checking out FamilyNaz for the very first time or you’ve already spent a few weekends with us, we’re honored that you took the time to look around.
Mark 10:13-16 Jesus said “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” And he took the children in his arms, placed his hands on them and blessed them.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
